On October 23, 2019, we said good-bye to Mrs. Sarah Moore. Mrs. Sarah was a devoted member of the church choir for many years. She was a beloved preschool teacher to many of us. She taught piano and guitar, and was an encouraging influence to all the musical talents in the church, in Four Oaks, and wherever she went. We will miss her voice, both in song and encouragement.

I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters; in the assembly I will sing your praises. Hebrews 2:12

Deacon Ordination Sunday

Today we welcomed Patsy Parker and Kathy Parker as our new deacons in 2019 with an ordination ceremony.

Operation In-As-Much 2019

Operation In-As-Much was held Saturday October 5. Projects this year included:
* Visiting local nursing homes (Benson, Smithfield, Four Oaks, and Dunn)
* Cutting trees and clearing bushes at the church
* Backpack buddies
* Coffee at the I-40 rest area
* Making plastic mats for the homeless
* Building a ramp
* Gleaning sweet potatoes (youth)
