On Friday, September 20 Rev. Calvin Hill and his wife Sheri of the Blackfeet United Methodist Parish in Browning Montana came to visit. On Friday, the church gathered for a tailgate party before going to the football game at South Johnston High. On Saturday at 4:00, the church members gathered for a lesson on how to grow as a disciple "as you go" not just on big mission trips but in everyday life. After dinner, Sheri and Rev. Calvin shared their mission in Browning with us. Rev Hill preached the sermon the following Sunday morning. After church, there was a covered dish lunch. Later that night, Rev Hill, Sheri, and members of the FBC mission team gathered to give a presentation about last summer's mission trip to the Blackfeet United Methodist Parish. Go make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Matt 28:19
