Family we lost in 2020

I should have posted tributes to each member in the week that they passed in 2020 but, for one reason or another, I did not. Maybe I put it off because it made me sad, and there were so many sad things going on; maybe it felt like everything, even loss, had been suspended for a later time. Some families had to postpone services. Some had to limit guests. I could not attend some services because I was quarantined. For others, the church was closed to large events.  When I finally sat down this week with their pictures, and looked at the familiar faces and the many memories that crowd up around each one; it still felt a little surreal. Forgive me for delaying this last salute. 

The Lord will give His people strength. The Lord will give His people peace. Psalm 29:11.
