Phyllis Toothman retires as Music Director

Phyllis Toothman served as music director as FBC Four Oaks from October of 1994 to February of 2023. She retired, effective today, as music director and was honored on WMU Sunday for her twenty-eight years of service in music ministry. She will continue her ministry to FBC as a performer, musician, and volunteer.
